Total Satisfaction Guarantee We offer to our first-time customers a One-Year Total Satisfaction Guarantee on their first purchase with us. If, at anytime during the entire first year, you are not completely satisfied with this product for any reason, simply return it to us for an immediate refund, no questions asked. No other store offers you this complete Satisfaction Guarantee! Please note that this Satisfaction Guarantee applies to single-quantity purchases only. If you are not sure if you will like the product, please order one unit first to try it out. We do not issue refunds on multiple-quantity purchases. We offer our repeat customers a 30-day Total Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with this product for any reason, simply return it within 30 days of your purchase for an immediate refund, no questions asked. Please note that this Satisfaction Guarantee applies to purchase of 3 frames or less. We do not issue refunds on purchases of more than 3 frames. To request a refund under our Total Satisfaction Guarantee, the product must be returned in its entirety, just as you originally received it, in re-salable condition. Any missing packaging, instruction card or promotional incentives will be charged against your refund. Products that are damaged due to accidents, improper use, mishandling, attempted repairs or scratches will NOT be accepted for refund or exchange. Once we have verified that the product is in re-salable condition, we will issue your refund normally within 48 hours (shipping charges are not refundable). Please read the RETURNS section below for instructions on returning the product. Warranty The warranty on The Magic Frame is for a period of one year. The warranty covers manufacturing defects on the product. It does not cover damage as a result of accidents, improper use, mishandling, attempted repairs or scratches. Broken stands on The Magic Frames are NOT covered under warranty. On the Elegance models, the warranty does not cover the tarnishing of the silver-plated finish. Under the warranty, we will repair or replace the product at our sole discretion. You need to pay your own shipping charge to return the goods to us, and we will pay the shipping charge to return the goods to you. Please read the RETURNS section below for instructions on returning the product. Shipping Zones This shopping site is only for customers within the United States. All of our orders are sent out by UPS. Shipments to HI, AK, VI, and PR require 2nd Day Air delivery service as UPS do not offer ground service to these areas. For Canadian customers, the flat rate shipping and handling fee is US$25 for orders up to US$210. This includes customs and brokerage fee. We accept payment by PayPal only and we ship only to PayPal verified address. Please email us if you wish to place an order. We unfortunately do not ship internationally. Shipping Problems All shipping problems such as wrong products, short-shipments, goods damaged in transit etc. must be reported to us within 7 days from the receipt of the good from the courier. Please call or send an email to service@actforth.com referencing your original order number. Returns All returns must have a Returns Merchandise Authorization number. Please send an email to service@actforth.com referencing your original order number to obtain a Returns Merchandise Authorization number. Please indicate whether this is a request for a refund or a warranty claim. Simply write this RMA number on the outside of the package and return it to us. We suggest that you use a carrier with package tracking capabilities (UPS, FedEx, DHL) and insure your return package. International Orders We currently do not accept international orders. We regret that we can no longer answer international enquiries for information. Privacy Statement We are committed to protecting your privacy and keeping your personal information confidential. Information we collect will only be used to process orders from you and to serve you better. For order processing, we collect the following information: your name, mailing address, phone number, email, credit card number and expiration date. The data we collect is protected by using a secure server connection (SSL - Secure Socket Layer) when ordering and by protecting servers logically against unauthorized access.
